Booking

Submitting the form sends us a booking request. Your booking is only confirmed once we email you, and that email includes the drop-off address. We need at least 24 hours' notice.

Pricing

Prices on the site are base estimates in Canadian dollars. We confirm the final price after a visual inspection of your vehicle, since condition (pet hair, heavy soil, salt, stains) can change the work involved. We'll talk to you before doing anything that costs more than your estimate.

Payment

Payment is due at pickup, by cash or e-transfer. Nothing is charged up front.

Cancellation

You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your drop-off, using the link in your email. After that, please contact us directly at bookings@detailingdonerite.com.

Your vehicle

Please remove valuables, car seats and personal items before drop-off so we can reach every corner.
